Zeigt (von vorn nach hinten) das Ritzebühlviertel (Herder-,Fröbel-,Thomas-Mann-, obere Waldstraße). Dann die mittlere u. hintere Goetheallee mit Körner-u. Schillerstr.Nach einem Hochwaldstück (die Reste sind jetzt noch hinter Goetheallee Nr. 39 u. 41 vorhanden) die Häuser der hinteren Goetheallee.
Festhalle u. Park noch nicht da, aber schon etwas beim heutigen Fußballplatz. Dann Waldschlösschen/Hammergrund, oben Ratssteinbruch und hinten Manebach.

The Domicite
The vacation apartment is located on the top floor of the house. the rooms are small (23 qm) and are suitable for 1-2 persons. Domicite sonsits of an eat-in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Addihonally a place in the garden belows to the apartment too.
Because you are self supportes its important to know that a supermarket, Cafes and restaurants can easily be reached by foots. Telephone and internet are available.
The Ilmtal cycle track passed directly the house. Bikes can be land or you can bring your own owns. (Pets are not allowed. Bungalows where pets are allowed 6 km away.) On the next pages you can find pictures, costs and when the apartment is free.
